MENDHAM GOLF & TENNIS CLUB
CLUBHOUSE ADDITION + RENOVATION

Settembrino Architects was hired by the Mendham Golf and Tennis club to design an addition and renovation to the current clubhouse. The project includes a 3500 SF addition with a basement. The first floor addition houses a new main dining area which is composed of a heavy timber structure. Below in basement, the space will boast of a golf simulator and new conference room. The additional renovations include the expansion of the existing kitchen as well as the women’s locker room, and the existing bar and lounge area will be reorganized as part of the project. The new bar will have indoor and outdoor seating for up to 25 people with gas fireplaces for both the main dining area and new lounge.
