SENIOR CENTER ADDITION + RENOVATION

Settembrino Architects was hired by the Township of East Windsor to design a new addition the existing building to meet the growing needs of the community as well as renovate several of the interior spaces to update the space. The project involves removing the north-east wall of the existing multipurpose room and extending it to create a single sub-dividable multi-purpose space of approximately 5,100 sf of which 2,500 sf is new construction. The north-west lobby addition of approximately 800 sf will serve as a new fitness area along with an additional 1700 sf interior renovation to upgrade the center’s recreational spaces. The existing roof is also modified to include a covered veranda around the new spaces.
