HUNTERDON COUNTY VOCATIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT
NEW NORTH CAMPUS BUILDING

Settembrino Architects is working with the Hunterdon County Vocational School District on their proposed new building at the North Hunterdon Regional High School site located on Route 31 in Annandale, NJ. The new building is part of the “Securing Your Child’s Future Bond Act.” This state grant will provide 75% of total costs of the project to the district. As the Bond Act is promoting expansion of vocational technical school education, new programs offered at the new school will include: welding technology, electrical technology, diesel technology, advanced manufacturing, HVAC technology, and culinary arts. The new building will contain approximately 34,000 sf of programmed space. The anticipated cost of the new building is $25 million.
