SENIOR CENTER RENOVATIONS

Settembrino Architects prepared exterior elevations and ADA upgrades at the existing parking lot and building entry as part of a Monmouth County Community Development Block Grant application. The building modifications include new composite siding and roof replacement. Entrances to the building from the parking lot will be modified to provide attractive, protected entry into the building. The project will also address drainage issues present in the parking lot.
