POLICE STATION RENOVATIONS

The Township of Ocean was in need of improvements to its Police Station. The project involved creating a new Dispatch Center as well as Records and Administrative Offices. Improvements to the facility included the installation of bullet-resistant walls and transaction windows as well as a new public entrance and lobby. The reporting room, briefing room and evidence and ammo storage areas were relocated as well. Phasing the project into three plans allowed for continual use of the facility during these changes as well the completion of the project on time and on-budget.
